I’d love that! Banning all hand guns (which the Supreme Court forbids) would be my preference. I’d allow single-shot rifles for hunting and target shooting but with the level of security mentioned above required. AND require liability insurance to cover any damage the gun does, including medical bills and funeral expenses.
