What if we stop all CO2 emission and develop devices to collect emissions from all life, but it is not the major cause? Then the Earth will flood and burn despite our efforts. But the Political Ideology says it is true. They can provide no scientific evidence that it is actually true.
As I pointed out I am flabbergasted that this has become political. And, truthfully, I can’t imagine what political advantage there could be in delivering bad news. We — every single one of us — has skin in this game. We are all in this together.
If the left (and a chunk of the right) are going with the 90% why is that Political Ideology? You’d think Political Ideology would be those who cling to the extreme minority opinion.
In order for the 10% of scientists to be taken seriously, they will have to make their case scientifically. Science is about reality and reality doesn’t have politics.
A friend of mine, a very young man with a new PhD in climatology, told me that it was actually already too late. There is already enough carbon in the air to create major havoc. Carbon has a very long half-life and if we stopped all carbon emissions today it still would take a long time — hundreds of years — for it to dissipate. He said we need to turn our focus on preparing for the future. The Pentagon has already begun preparations and so had the rest of the government because of Obama. Because of Trump those preparations have stopped.
Why the left thinks Trump is a racist:
You might not agree that that stuff is probative, but those things are WHY liberals think he’s racist.
Would it be OK to adopt the Ko Rule and proceed to another area of the Go board?
I had to Google “Ko Rule.” I love learning new things! Thank you!
Yes, let’s pick another topic. Not guns. I’ve been beating guns to death lately.
Here’s one of my old articles with suggestions for new topics:
